Ugh.  Newsgator Online is down again today.  Not totally down, but their POP access is down.  That's DOWN for me :(

So, I want a feed reader that stores my feeds locally on my machine.  I have a few requirements:

1) It has to work within Firefox.  I'm all about integration, and if it's web content then I want it in my Firefox, so I can clip it, scrapbook it, clean it up, or do whatever else I want with it.

2) It has to actually save my feed list locally.  It can do like Sage and designate a bookmarks folder for the feed list.  That's fine.

3) It has to actually save records of all the items it has downloaded so far, and which I've read and not read, etc.  LOCALLY.  So it doesn't have to re-build the whole list each time I click on a feed.  This is where Sage falls down.

I want to be able to sync up my various computers over the 'net using FolderShare or whatever other tool I may use on that particular PC.  I don't want to depend on some third party server being up, as in NewsGator.  That's why I'm doing this in the first place.

Any ideas?
